90-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee
Diane Callaghan Jewelry stands behind the craftsmanship of our work. DCJ jewelry, custom designs, and repair services are covered by a 90-day craftsmanship guarantee from the date of purchase or service completion.
This guarantee applies to issues related to DCJ workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
Lifetime Restring Service for DCJ Stretch Bracelets
DCJ also offers a Lifetime Restring Service exclusively for Diane Callaghan Jewelry stretch bracelets.
The Lifetime Restring Service is a restringing service and is not a lifetime warranty or lifetime guarantee on the jewelry itself.
Replacement beads, gemstones, charms, findings, specialty materials, shipping, or other repairs may involve an additional charge when needed. Any applicable cost will be discussed before work begins.
The Lifetime Restring Service applies only to eligible DCJ stretch bracelets.
